Torfaen County Borough Council seeks to engage the services of an organisation or consultants to support the Greenmeadow Community Farm (GMCF) investment plans. The objective is to focus on the opportunity to address and improve GMCF’s financial position into a revenue generating facility that will not just cover its costs, but will also raise additional revenue and sustain itself year after year, whilst also making a powerful contribution to the Council’s non-financial strategic objectives (eg. strengthening local communities, enhancing wellbeing, education and happiness).
