Total estimated contract value disclosed in the contract notice No 2019/S 140-346100 was incorrectly stated as GBP 1 650 000.00 due to a clerical error in placing the decimal point. This should have read: GBP 16 500 000.00. All tender documentation contained references to the correct total estimated contract value, but the contract notice error was not noted until contract award, so could not be corrected sooner. Total estimated contract value at award is GBP 25 000 000 for the whole framework across the 8 lots.
Total estimated contract value at award of GBP 25 000 000.00 has been split evenly across all 8 lots of the framework as it is not possible at the point of award to ascertain what the contract values for individual Lots will be over the life of the framework.
Contract award notice previously published (2020/S 169-410429) did not contain the names off the suppliers awarded the contracts. This was an error.
