II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Academies Enterprise Trust is seeking to procure a single provider to deliver statutory compliance, planned preventative and reactive maintenance services to our 18 academies within this geographical region. The provider will deliver the following services:
— undertaking commissioning activities including preparation of equipment and compiling site asset schedules;
— routine inspection and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and public health equipment and engineering assets;
— monitoring of water quality and legionellosis control;
— first-line response to emergencies;
— troubleshooting and pre-agreed critical alarms;
— ensuring compliance with statutory legislative and industry requirements for services installations;
— preparation of an annual forward maintenance plan.
