Abstract
Coleg Sir Gar (hereinafter referred to as the College, or CSG) is inviting tenders for the Proposed Roofing Works and New Windows at Pibwrlwyd Campus, Carmarthen.
All tenderers are required to submit their tenders in accordance with these instructions and any further requirements contained in the invitation letter. Failure to comply with the instruction may invalidate your tender.
The College wishes to appoint a Contractor at the earliest opportunity. The College’s approach to tendering is one of fairness and its primary objective is to achieve the Best Value for Money in the provision of its Services. In pursuing the objective, the College is seeking competition and will not show favour or disfavour to any of the tendering contractors.
