II.2.4) Description of the procurement
UK SBS wishes to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of high value laboratory equipment (high value meaning GBP 200 001.00 upwards). UK SBS is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as may be amended from time to time) (the ‘Regulations’).
The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) shall be in operation for a period of 2 years with the option to extend + 1 + 1 years.

If you are successfully appointed to the DPS following your request to participate, you will be invited to submit tenders for relevant service requirements through a call for competition.
The initial deadline for requests to participate is 11.00 on 19 November 2020, however, the DPS remains open to any supplier to request to participate throughout its 2-year duration. The DPS does not guarantee any minimum spend and there will be no form of exclusivity or volume guarantee under this DPS.
UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UK SBS) will be using the Delta eSourcing Portal for this procurement.
