Introduction You are hereby invited by the Active Building Centre Ltd (“ABC”) to tender for the implementation of v1. of messaging stack, database architecture, and data visualisation platform. Background The Active Building Centre is an elite research technology and innovation centre established by the UK Government (through Innovate UK) in high growth industries and are designed to bridge the gap between Government, universities, research institutions and innovative businesses of all sizes. The objective is to rapidly transform great research into commercial success to support the industry and to generate economic growth. ABC represent a long-term strategic investment by Innovate UK in the UK’s innovation capability. It seeks to revolutionise the way the UK designs, constructs and operates buildings by realising the potential for the integration of innovative renewable energy generation and storage technologies, coupled with state-of-the-art digital design. The aim is to deliver a pipeline of Active Building demonstrators and projects to prove the case for a national adoption of Active Buildings, which has the potential to substantially reduce both the operational costs of buildings and their demand on the UK energy infrastructure. Introduction

You are hereby invited by the Active Building Centre Ltd (“ABC”) to tender for the implementation of v1. of messaging stack, database architecture, and data visualisation platform.

Background

The Active Building Centre is an elite research technology and innovation centre established by the UK Government (through Innovate UK) in high growth industries and are designed to bridge the gap between Government, universities, research institutions and innovative businesses of all sizes.
