Abstract

The National Centre wishes to appoint a company to deliver a national digital marketing national campaign during November 2020 - January 2021, with the aim of: • Generating ‘warm leads’ i.e. people interested in learning Welsh, to be targeted directly at a later date by the National Centre with information about new courses. • Attracting new learners to register on Mynediad / Entry level (Beginner) courses in January 2021. • Attracting parents and carers of young children to register on new national ‘Welsh at Home’ courses for beginners also starting in January 2021. • Encouraging current learners to carry on learning after the Christmas holidays. • Creating a positive impression of learning Welsh.

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

The National Centre wishes to appoint a company to deliver a national digital marketing national campaign during November 2020 - January 2021, with the aim of:
