08/11/2020 15:01	Date change. In the table at 4.3 in the file named "ITT - Plant E", the "Deadline for Delivery of Supplies by the Supplier" is incorrect as it currently says "Noon on Friday, 19th March 2020". It should read "Noon on Friday, 19th March 2021".
