Abstract

Pembrokeshire County Council are seeking a contractor to provide a facility(s) to receive quantities of “gypsum from construction based waste material” arising from the Authority’s disposal points situated at Pembrokeshire County Council’s six Waste Recycling Centres. End use options must be as permitted by current end of waste guidance from Welsh Government which allows the processed material to count towards statutory recycling targets. Land-spreading of the material does NOT meet this criteria
