1. Run a series of engaging and innovative village hall committee training sessions to include the following subjects:-

a. Safeguarding and GDPR

b. Marketing and promotion

c. Licencing and managing WIFI accounts

d. Security

e. Overall management of a community facility

2. Undertake delivery of the training which is to include

a. the development of each subject content to include current references to current policy, legislation and delivering in an engaging format using both digital and paper formats.

b. the development of promotional material and content material

c. the development of feedback and evaluation forms

3. provide a post delivery report which is to include

a. An evaluation of the series of activities inclusive of attendance figures, photos and

b. A recommendation for future activity
