NICTS is seeking to develop and implement a new Case Management System and Customer Facing Web Portal for the Planning Appeals Commission and Water Appeals Commission (PACWAC). The Department for Infrastructure is currently developing a planning application system and the Mid Ulster Council have plans to develop a similar system in the near future. NICTS are seeking to integrate the systems with the proposed PACWAC solution. Please refer to the Specification Schedule for more details on the services required.
