The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason: absence of competition for technical reasons
Explanation
In view of the absence of competition for technical reasons, NHS England did not conduct a procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This Supplier is uniquely placed with knowledge of NHS England and the requirement to mobilise and provide the necessary programme support within the timescales required. The contract duration was limited to that which was strictly necessary for the successful delivery of the programme.
