The commission includes:

• A thorough, evidenced based survey of the condition of all elements

of the historic fabric and architectural features. In connection with

the condition survey, constraints connected with the building and the

immediate landscape are to be included within the overall review.

• A thoroughly documented condition survey report

• Budget costs for the proposed recommendations of repair are to be

prepared and summarised in a report
