Abstract
Arwain DGC is focussed on developing shared visions of reducing the use of antibiotics through diverse approaches and practices including the use of new and innovative technology. It also aims to develop a collaborative approach to address AMR in animals and the environment.
We require the services of a qualified and experience veterinarian to provide on going support to MaB as the lead partner in delivering the above project.
Key responsibilities include;
• Provide technical support as required on the use of antimicrobials
• Offer strategic support on Welsh government policy, mainly the Antibiotic implementation plan
• Undertake farm visits as required to support project work
• Support Menter a Busnes in preparing project reports, and in reporting the outcomes of the project (across all workstreams)
• Be the main point of contact for the project team and vets regarding all veterinary and technical elements of the project

we envisage no more than 4 days per calendar month, although the work may vary from one month to the next depending on requirement. As an indicative budget, we anticipate a budget of between £20,000 - £36,000.
