To engage a third-party consultancy to assist in the writing of the Amgueddfa Cymru Digital Strategy.
In scope
The consultant is expected to…
collaborate closely with the Head of Digital, Head of ICT and Chief Operating Officer
align with our principles to work in the open (Appendix A) and the new 10-year strategy for Amgueddfa Cymru
design and deliver a series of workshops with the aim of capturing ideas and concepts, before synthesises the outputs and incorporating them into the draft strategy
offer advice on producing a draft digital strategy, based on sector related experience and previously successful engagements
give clear guidance on what content should be included to ensure the strategy is robust and achievable
engage with the key stakeholders, including trustees if required, across a number of departments of Amgueddfa Cymru to ensure a holistic approach is taken.
deliver outcomes in a timely manner
help write the digital strategy, building upon previous work and research
understand the current digital approaches and maturity of Amgueddfa Cymru
develop a clear roadmap for Amgueddfa Cymru’s Digital Transformation
capture and document any constraints and risks associated with the project
the consultant is not expected to attend site, unless it is deemed necessary towards the successful completion of the draft strategy paper.
