Tenants Contents Insurance Scheme 2022

Description of the goods or services required

Provision of Tenants' Contents Scheme for Anglesey County Council Tenants commencing 1 April 2022. The contract will run for an initial three year period but may be extended by up to a further two years at Anglesey County Council's sole discretion.

Full requirements are detailed in the corresponding Standard Questionnaire.

The Tender is available to regulated, experienced and qualified bidders who are appropriately registered with Financial Services Authority as providers of these schemes. Experience in similar schemes will require to be demonstrated.

The Tender process is a dual-stage process where bidders will be pre-selected on the basis of the completed Standard Questionnaire and invited to submit a Tender for the service.

Additional Information

The Contract will follow the two-stage Restricted Procedure with bidders being selected on the basis of the responses contained in the prequalifying

questionnaire. Bidders will be expected have the capability, capacity, financial and economic standing and experience to perform the contract. Standard Questionnaires must be completed in full with all relevant information supplied. The Contract will be awarded on the basis of Most Economically Advantageous Tender, with specific evaluation criteria

detailed within the ITT and contract documents.
