o BS10175:2011+A2:2017 Investigation of Potentially Contaminated Sites Code of Practice
o BS8485:2019
o Environment Agency – Land Contamination Risk Management
Scope:-
• Carry out Desk Study of Proposed Development Site
• Carry out Site Investigations as annotated upon site layout
• Carry out Field Tests
• Carry out Off Site testing and analysis
• Compile and present a Geotechnical Interpretative report of findings
• Provision of supervising party for on-site works – Chartered Engineer or Chartered Geologist.
