Epsom and Ewell Borough Council (EEBC) are looking for a suitable Service Partner to take on the running of Ewell Court House which is on Lakehurst Road, Ewell, Surrey KT19 0EB. This is an imposing Grade II Listed Building comprising of 4,135 sq ft over two floors and set within the grounds of Ewell Court Park. The Council is seeking a partnership with an organisation that has a successful track record in events management (including weddings and corporate events), experience of the management and operation of a historic building, and an excellent track record of establishing and maintaining positive engagement and working relationships with the local community including local voluntary and community groups
