Whitestone is our main forest visitor site in the iconic Wye Valley area. We have removed the old and decaying playground and promised to replace it with a new natural themed play arrangement. Community consultations were held on site and the designs for the new play area were well received. Construction of the play area is to be in accordance with the designs provided. The full specification of requirements is at Annex 1 (Specification of Requirements) of this ITT.

This tender is a re-run of itt_97448, which was not awarded. The specification, questions & evaluation approach are similar.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST / COMPLETING THE ITT

i) Suppliers should register on the eTendering portal https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk

ii) Once registered, suppliers must express their interest as follows

a) login to the eTendering portal

b) select ITT'

c) select 'ITTs Open To All Suppliers'

d) access the listing relating to the contract (title itt_98403 - Whitestone Natural Play Area Build) and view details

e) click on 'Express Interest' button in the 'Actions' box on the left hand side of the page

iii) Once you have expressed interest, the ITT will move to 'My ITTs', where you can view the opportunity and download the documentation and where you can construct your reply as instructed. You must then publish your reply using the publish button.
