Abstract

The College wishes to enter into a contract for consultancy to support the completion of refurbishment to media classrooms 2F066, 2F067 and 2F089. Currently 2F066/067 consists of one large classroom and one small classroom. The College wants to remove the dividing wall and create two equal size classrooms complete with IT facilities including all other works associated with the refurbishment. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved then the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by breach of the rules to take action in the High Court. Any such action must be brought promptly (generally within 3 months).
