II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The contract is for the provision of multi-site security and concierge services and replaces two existing contracts for the provision of these services at Primrose Gardens Extra Care Facility, Cotswold Supported Housing Temporary Accommodation Hostel and Market Walk Shopping Centre and also brings into service an additional requirement for our new Tatton Gardens extra care facility.
The Contract is scheduled to commence on 1 October 2022 and shall be for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend up to a further 2 years. The contract value indicated at ll.1.7 and V.2.4 has been calculated inclusive of the optional extension period.
