Tenders are invited for the Appointment of Architectural Services for the Design and Refurbishment of Leamington Spa Town Hall as a Creative Hub. Warwick District Council requires delivery of RIBA stages 1-6 for work at Leamington Town Hall. The main objective of this project is for the building to be an attractive proposition to the creative sector and, more broadly, the people who live, work and visit the area. The Town Hall is a Grade II listed building and is also surrounded by other listed buildings; it is also within the Leamington Spa Conservation Area. The contract will commence July 2022 and complete at the end of March 2024.Estimated value of contract is £160,000. The authority is intending to tender using the open procedure. Tenders were invited for the Appointment of Architectural Services for the Design and Refurbishment of Leamington Spa Town Hall as a Creative Hub. The intention of Warwick District Council is to appoint an Architectural Practice that will provide services for the design and development of the Leamington Spa Town Hall; from project inception to completion, working through RIBA project stages 1-6. The contract will commence July 2022 and complete at the end of March 2024.
