  Integrated Care Systems are driven by the largest legislative changes introduced by NHS England, who have established 42 Integrated Care Boards across England, from 1st July 2022 in line with its duty in the Health and Care Act 2022
  The overarching objective is to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the facilitation of ANCHOR Institutes across the east of England

    The University anticipates that this contract is valued at approximately £300,000 (+/- 10%) (including VAT), with a further discretional volume of work valued at £600,00
    This value is split into the following approximate phases of work for each lot:
    Phase 1
    Confirmed	£300,000
    Phases 2 and 3 (discretional)	Subject to Requirement	£600,000
    Phases 2 and 3 are subject to requirement, budget availability and the economic and political landscape and if undertaken at the sole discretion of the UEA, represent the maximum potential value of the agreement. The term of the agreement will then be extended accordingly, dependent upon the scope of work required. If required, this will be communicated in writing to the appointed supplier and followed by a subsequent purchase order.

  Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures:
  The University will incorporate a minimum of 10 calendar days standstill period at the point the information on the award of contract is communicated to tenderers. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved, then the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by breach of the rules to take action in the High Court. Any such action must be brought promptly and within the limitation period described in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
