Please note that number of addresses may increase or decrease over the duration of the contract and are being provided to give potential bidders an indication of volumes.

Langstane Housing Association is awarding a term contract to suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the maintenance and repair of Fire Safety equipment, Emergency Lighting and CCTV installations across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray. There may be some upgrade work also awarded on an ad hoc basis. The contract is for 3 years with a possible 2-year extension. Emergency orders must be completed within 4 hours and routine orders within 10 days.
