Design and Build construction and associated works for a new single 2 bed, 4 person dwelling on the land adjacent to 138 Winchelsea Road.
The land borders an end terrace, occupied residential property and there is a Network Rail railway line to the rear of the property. 138 Winchelsea Road adjoins the site to the side and the front.
