Dumfries and Galloway Council required a fully comprehensive contract to supply heat and maintenance to biomass boilers within schools and other council buildings throughout the region.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Dumfries and Galloway Council currently owns/manages eleven sites which include Biomass boilers. However, four of these sites are currently offline, leaving seven working biomass boilers at present requiring heat and maintenance.
There are also two other boilers that are privately managed (PPP & DBFM) within the council’s estate that are included in this tender for the supply of fuel only.
Properties may be added/removed throughout this contract.
The successful contractor will require to have direct access to all parts required for all Biomass boilers.
