Abstract

Anchors insurers have advised as part of the condition of our insurance policy we will need to carry out a reinstatement cost assessment survey up to 1500 properties with 300 due annually.

Scope

- reinstatement valuation using RICS methodology from RICS regulated surveyor

- reinstatement revaluation needs to include provision for professional fees, debris removal cost and VAT liability.

The SQ and ITT will run concurrently.

Anchor will evaluate all of the SQ responses and will invite the top 5 highest scoring bids to the ITT stage where we will only then evaluate the ITT of the successful bidders.
