Abstract

North Somerset Council is seeking applications for a Flexible Framework for the Provision of Healthy Activities and Food (HAF) Programme for 2024 onwards.

North Somerset Council has been successful in obtaining grant funding from the Department for Education (DfE) to roll out a Healthy Activities and Food Programme for 2024.

The purpose of the funding is to ensure that children and young people who are eligible to receive benefit-related Free School Meals have access to food and activities over the school holidays.

Providers will be awarded a place on a four-year Flexible Framework under the light touch regime. This framework will be reopened once a year (if required). Call-Off contracts will be advertised to providers on the framework on an annual basis. This is dependent on receiving DfE funding for each year.

The Holiday Activities and Food Programme for North Somerset must be delivered within the North Somerset local authority area boundaries

Please see Supplying the South West for full information and instructions.
