Abstract

This will be for the provision of Children and Young People's Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing Services (Digital Support) based on the THRIVE model.

The aims and objectives of the service are to:

• Increase the number of local young people accessing psychological therapy

• Provide access and interventions to the individual which are readily accessible

• Reduce the demand / attendance of patients with mental health issues to CAMHS and the acute services.

• Support Mental Health Support Teams and not work in isolation

The provider will work together with specialist CAMHS, Mental Health Support Teams, Primary Mental Health Workers and General Practitioners to integrate support for those young people who require more specialist treatment. Young people accessing an online service may be those who:

• simply want advice and support

• do not meet the threshold for a specialist service

• are on a waiting list for CAMHS

• refuse or are reluctant to engage with face-to-face counselling

• are accessing both online and specialist face-to-face support

Full details of the services being procured are set out in the tender documents.

Bidders who submit a bid over the maximum contract value in the tender documents, will not achieve the score of a pass. Their bid will be regarded as non-compliant and be a failed bid and the rest of the bid will be rejected and the scoring questions will not be evaluated.
