We have acquired land at Pyms Road, Chelmsford with the benefit of an Outline Planning Consent (reserved matter landscaping) for the design and construction of 24Nr. dwellings and associated external works, (including planting, landscaping and fencing), services, private drainage, roads and sewers.
The intended housing types include; 1 and 2-bed flats, and 3 and 4-bed houses. The intended tenure type is for 100% affordable, including a mix of First Homes, Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership.
