The London Borough of Newham wishes to commission an integrated Substance Misuse Community Service for all Newham residents requiring substance misuse interventions or support, including young people aged 11 - 18, adults aged 18 and over and their families or significant others affected by someone else's substance misuse.
We are seeking bids from a single provider that will have a strong focus on recovery, prevention and commitment to broad community reach.
The London Borough of Newham will only accept bids submitted by a single organisation. Although the Council will enter into a contract with only one organisation, a key element of this specification is the requirement for the lead provider organisation to deliver culturally appropriate interventions through partnerships with local community-led initiatives and other sub-contractors. In this case the contract will be between London Borough of Newham and the lead organisation.
