Project Details: Tender for the Supply of beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks, bar equipment and cellar services to Lydiard House Hotel
Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably experienced service providers for the provision of the Supply of beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks, bar equipment and cellar services to Lydiard House Hotel. The contract will be for an initial 2 years with 2 x 12-month extensions available subject to satisfactory performance.
Estimated contract spend is between £100,000 and £200,000 across the initial 2 years contract term and between £2000,000 and £400,000 across the potential total 4-year contract term.
Project Description
Swindon Borough Council have recently refurbished the Lydiard Hotel and Conference Centre in Lydiard Country Pak to include a new seating/restaurant area, refurbishment to all the guest rooms, to support this SBC need a supplier who can provide the bar with wet sales products such as but not limited to, beers, wines, spirits, mixers, soft drinks and cellar services, full details are included in the tender documents and the pricing schedule
To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com
Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal by 20 November 2023, 15:00 hrs UK Local time. The Council’s responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically on the ProContract tender portal.
Tender Responses are required to be submitted no later than 27 November 2023 15:00 hrs UK Local time via ProContract tender portal - https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk/
