The Commissioner wishes to establish a framework agreement for the highest quality written translation services on demand to the Commissioner. These providers will mainly translate text from Welsh to English, although there will be rare occasions when translation from English to Welsh will be called for.

The Commissioner wishes to establish a 4-year framework agreement (from 1 January 2024) with a certain number of individuals, companies or consortia ('providers').

Minimum standards and qualification required

The additional documents for this contract have been published in the Welsh language only. The framework agreement is for Welsh : English translation services, and consequently the capability in the Welsh language is essential for the delivery of the contract.
