Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are seeking for a supplier to a Renal Dialysis and Outpatient Clinic Managed Service. The scope of the service includes the provision and maintenance of associated equipment and premises and the provision of nurse assisted haemodialysis services for patients under the clinical management of the Consultant Nephrologists.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Supplier is required to provide, maintain and manage a fully functioning Renal Centre within which clinical staff can provide nurse assisted haemodialysis treatment along with any
associated care required for patients, and offer outpatient clinics in line with the Trust's Clinical Vision.
The Contract will have an initial term of 7 years from the contractual commencement date with the possibility of one extension being for 4 years meaning a possible contract duration of 11 years.
