II.1.4) Short description
This Agreement is for Biosolids Spreading Services.
The Suppliers shall provide all the labour, plant and equipment required to deliver the Services in accordance with this Specification, save that Anglian Water shall provide the agreed number of AWS Trailed Spreading Equipment and there is a potential that AWS may provide tractors to pull its spreaders, thi s is to be determined during the tender process.

The contracting authority reserves the right to award contracts combining the following lots or groups of lots:
A bidder may be awarded to any or all of Lots 1 to 4, and separately to Lots 5 to 8. If they are not awarded to a Lot from 1 to 4 then they may be awarded to the corresponding Lot from 5 to 8 for example, a bidder could fail to be awarded as a Primary Supplier to Lots 1 and 2 but may be awarded as a Reserve Supplier in Lots 5 and 6 that correspond to the same geographical areas. A bidder can bid to be a Primary Supplier (Lots 1 to 4) and a Reserve Supplier (Lots 5 to 8) but cannot be awarded as both a Primary and a Reserve Supplier, so if awarded as a Primary Supplier then they will not be considered for the corresponding Reserve Supplier Lot, for example, if awarded to Lot 1, they will not be considered for Lot 5.
