SPD Question 4C.6.1 Technical and Professional Ability (Qualifications) will apply. Experts will require the professional qualifications contained in the Contract Notice, a copy of which is uploaded to the PCST project attachments area.

During the period of the Contract Agreement, the Contractor shall monitor and measure their performance against the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) detailed in the Contract notice uploaded to the attachments area of the PCST project.
