Henllan Bakery invites suitably qualified contractors to submit tenders for the design, manufacture, installation, and commissioning of a complete Cake Tray Cooling System, including infeed, cooling tower, and outfeed conveyors.
The system is intended to handle trays of various cakes at ambient temperature and automate the cooling process with a 20-minute product retention time.
