The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason: absence of competition for technical reasons
Explanation
The contract is awarded under Lot 5: Blue Light Solutions of the RM6259 Framework, which permits direct awards where a suitable solution is identified without further competition. Axon is a proven provider of mission-critical digital evidence and body-worn video solutions, already in use by the force, which reduces implementation risk and ensures interoperability. These factors collectively support the decision to proceed with a direct award.
