Mae gan y comisiwn hwn y nodau a
ganlyn:
• Newid strategaeth gyffredinol Yr Hen
Stablau i flaenoriaethu enillion
masnachol.
• Gwella profiad darpar ymwelwyr a
chwsmeriaid a defnyddwyr a’r rhai
presennol hefyd sy’n defnyddio
Canolfan Groeso Betws y Coed.
• Gwella amgylchedd adeiledig y
ganolfan a chyfrannu’n gadarnhaol
at amgylchedd adeiledig Betwsy-
Coed, gan leihau annibendod
a sicrhau cydbwysedd da rhwng
cyfleoedd masnachol a sensitifrwydd
cymharol lleoliad yr adeilad, o fewn
cyrchfan ymwelwyr allweddol yn Parc
Cenedlaethol Eryri ac o fewn tafliad
carreg i ardal gadwraeth Betws y
Coed.
This commission has the following aims:
• To change the overall strategy of Yr
Hen Stablau to prioritise a
commercial return.
• To improve the visitor experience of
existing and potential customers and
users of the Betws y Coed visitor
centre.
• To improve the built environment of
the centre and contribute positively
to the built environment of Betws-y-
Coed, reducing clutter and ensuring
that a good balance is struck
between commercial opportunities
and the relative sensitivity of the
building location, within a key visitor
destination in the Eryri National Park
and within a stone’s throw of the
Betws y Coed conservation area.
