    II.2.4) Description of the procurement
    The Renfrewshire Council has a requirement to appoint a sole contractor to carry out the replacement of boilers to approx. 1,300 tenanted properties as well as the replacement of full gas heating systems to approx. 3,400 tenanted properties throughout Renfrewshire.
    The appointed contractor will be responsible for the supply and install. The appointed contractor will be responsible for the defects liability maintenance with the Council being responsible for the annual gas servicing.
    Tenderers should be aware that there is no minimum guarantee of work as this is a Measured Term Contract and the Council does not guarantee the contractor any continuity or value of works.

A summary of the expected community benefits has been provided as follows:
Community Benefits will be requested during the tender. Taking into consideration the contract period and the value of the contract. The Council’s expectation for this requirement will be minimum 160 Community Benefit Points (CBPs) required.
