ITT for the appointment of a Construction Manager for Harmoni Homes at Caerleon Road, Dinas Powys

Description of the goods or services required
This tender and its contents have been prepared and are intended solely as information for Harmoni Homes (the ‘Client’) whom wishes to procure a Construction Management Consultant (the “Services”) via Sell2Wales for the project at Caerleon Road, Dinas Powys.
Note, it is intended that the Construction Manager will be appointed by the client to assist with the pre-construction phase of the works and that subject to viability and client approval then also deliver the works via the Construction Management route post contract.
The ITT has been prepared for the Client by RPA Group (RPA). RPA assumes no responsibility to any other party in respect of or arising out of or in connection with this document and/or its contents.
