The consultant will be responsible for the management of all supporting consultancy services identified below, in addition to its duties.
Providing of standard services.
• Project Manager
• Employers Agent
• Act as Lead Consultant for the Multi-Disciplinary team.
In addition to the above supporting technical services expected under the PM instruction include:
• Sustainability and Energy Strategies
• MEP Strategy – including ventilation, air quality, over heating and cooling
• Structural and Civil Engineering Strategies
• Building and Estate Management Strategies
• Transport Strategy – highways including stopping up proposals, parking, access, egress and new connection proposals
