II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The University of Strathclyde (“the University”) is seeking to establish a contract to support the delivery of activities outlined below. This Contract will include, however, will not be limited to:
- General building supplies:
- Timber and sheet materials:
- Insulation and damp-proofing products:
- Paints and decorating materials:
- Fixings and fasteners:
- Hand tools and power tools:
- All deliveries must be delivered to the University’s appointed location, and the Contractor must contact the University’s nominated representative on the working day before any delivery is due; and
- Implementation of an electronic catalogue for ordering products that will be uploaded onto our Financial Management System (FMS), allowing users to purchase from a core product list with fixed pricing windows.
