Description
            The Supplier shall provide a platform that has tailored eLearning modules for the education workplace. The content must include the mandatory topics such as:
• Safeguarding and child protection (including KCSIE and the "Prevent" duty).
• Health and Safety
• First aid.
• Teaching and Learning
• Cyber security and online safety.
• Equality, diversity, and inclusion.
• Data protection (GDPR).
• Support for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
• Basic IT Skills Training
• Parental Guides on Safeguarding content.
All employees across the Trust shall have uninterrupted and unlimited access to the content.
A Variety of Presenters for Credibility: A key requirement for the new provider is to ensure a variety of presenters with relevant credentials to enhance the credibility and authenticity of training modules.
Interactive Training Modules: Interactive modules that combine short videos which have unlimited access, with engaging activities to improve user experience and retention and which have a summative assessment.
A User-Friendly Interface: The system must have a simple and intuitive interface to improve navigation for users. The system should also enable the Trust to upload its own content and measure uptake. The system should also have a clear Trust reporting dashboards.
Effective reporting system: The system must be able to produce clear reports which shows the completion rates for each course.
The supplier must appoint a dedicated account manager to support the new contract. The supplier must work with the Trust during mobilisation to create the bespoke video library for employees.
The system must be able to integrate with the organisation’s IT systems including single sign-on system, group assignment capabilities, record-keeping, and integration with existing HR systems.
The supplier must provide the appropriate training for the website prior to commencement date.
The organisation holds the appropriate safeguards for GDPR and Cyber security.

            The Supplier shall provide a resource platform which provides policy templates and updates related to a range of issues affecting the education sector and associated business functions, updated regularly to reflect current DfE requirements.
Update briefings on policy changes would be welcomed.
The supplier must appoint a dedicated account manager to support the new contract.
