The successful supplier will be responsible for the following:
• Meter Operator Services - Installation, maintenance and management of HH and AMR metres in compliance with industry codes and standards
• Data Collection (DC) - Retrieval of HH consumption data from meters, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Data Aggregation (DA) - Aggregation of collected data for submission to the relevant market participants and settlement bodies.
• Day+1 Remote Access - Provision of secure, near real-time access to metering data via API or Web portal, with Day+1 availability as a minimum standard.
• Support Services - Fault resolution, meter investigations, and change of tenancy/site support.
