Explanation
The contract was awarded through Crown Commercial Service's G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement. The framework was established following a procurement procedure conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and was advertised through the appropriate public procurement channels. The Contracting Authority conducted a compliant direct award process in accordance with the framework call-off procedures and the terms of the framework agreement. As the call-off contract is awarded under an existing framework agreement, no separate call for competition was required.
