Abstract

The primary objectives of this contract are to: • Establish and maintain constructive engagement with stakeholders from the local fishing industry that operate out of Holyhead Port and in the vicinity of the Morlais demonstration zone (MDZ). • Facilitate effective communication channels with stakeholders on behalf of the Project Developers who will be deploying tidal devices in the MDZ. • Ensure all engagement activities are appropriately documented for submission against Marine Licence conditions 3.30 & 3.23.1 vi. • Record stakeholder feedback, concerns and responses, and relay to the Project for consideration and response. • Produce coexistence plan and evidence of implementation suitable for regulatory review. • Prepare a final compliance report demonstrating fulfilment of Marine Licence Condition 3.23.1 vi. The consultant shall provide all necessary personnel, management, administration and technical expertise to undertake the following activities.

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

The primary objectives of this contract are to:
