Explanation
The contract has been awarded through the LASER Y22013 Supply of Water and Sewerage Services Framework Agreement, which was competitively procured in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The framework provides for the award of call-off contracts by direct award. The award has been made in accordance with the framework's established call-off procedure and terms; therefore, a separate prior publication and competitive procurement by the Council was not required.
