Description of extensions
The Contract shall be awarded for an initial term of three (3) years, with the option to extend for a further period of up to twenty-four (24) months, comprising two (2) optional extensions of twelve (12) months each.
Description of how multiple lots may be awarded
Bidders must indicate the Lot(s) for which they are submitting a Tender Response. Bidders may submit bids for both Lots; however, no bidder will be awarded more than one Contract.
If a Bidder submits a Tender for both Lots and achieves the highest overall MAT score for both Lots, or where the Bidder achieves identical final scores across both Lots, Hedyn will ask that the Bidder to identifies its preferred Lot. The Contract for the remaining Lot will then be awarded to the second-ranked Bidder for that Lot.
In the event of a tie, where two or more Bidders achieve the same highest total weighted score for a Lot, the Contract will be awarded to the Bidder with the highest weighted score for the Quality Questions.
