Abstract

Design and construction works associated with the Low Carbon Heat Grant funded improvements at Unit 47, Greenfield Business Park, Greenfield. Harley & Clarke Construction Ltd has been appointed as Principal Contractor under a JCT Design and Build Contract 2024.

The works comprise building fabric improvements and associated works required to support the installation and delivery of low-carbon heating systems at the property. Specialist mechanical, heating, BMS and electrical works are being delivered as part of the wider project.

Procurement description
